Trip Overview

This is a short and enchanting trek that begins from Pokhara. It gives a glimpse of the Annapurna region of Nepal.  The trail takes you through subtropical valleys of banana trees and rice fields to high ridges covered with rhododendron and bamboo forests.  On the way you will enjoy long arrays of snow-capped peaks, crystal clear lakes, roaring rivers with deep gorges, Tibetan monasteries, hot-springs and picturesque villages inhabited by simple and friendly ethnic people. The final destination of this trek is Panchase hill (2432m) which lies in off the beaten path. You will hardly encounter any other trekkers on the trail. So, virgin culture and natural lifestyle of different ethnic groups-Brahmin, Magar & Gurungs are the major highlights of this trek.. This trek is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. You can extend your duration of the Panchase trekking for few more days if you have a long holiday. Panchase hill  is also renowned  as a  pilgrimage site as a large number of Hindus visit during several festivals.
