The terms and booking conditions used in our website refers to all trip  itineraries whether it be  trekking, tours, peak climbing, sightseeing, mountaineering  or any other adventure sports. When you make your trip booking with Himalayan Glimpse Adventure, it is understood that you have read and understood our terms and booking conditions and agree to abide by them. You also confirm us  that the information given by you on the booking form is complete and true.

20% of the total amount, booking deposit is required for every trip booking per person. Booking deposit can be made by bank transfer or by Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard), the information will be provided while proceeding this booking form.

The Due balance shall be settled on arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal. If final payment  is not received 2 days before of your departure, cancellation conditions will apply .Service voucher shall be released only after full payment is made.

 If payment is made by credit card, 3.5% charge will be added to the amount as bank service charge (this applies to all payments; deposits, final balances, trip extension and miscellaneous purchases.) This charge is imposed by the credit card payment service provider and is used, in part, to provide consumer protection for services purchased, in accordance with the terms and conditions pertaining to the credit card being used.

 No refunds will be made if you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. Refunds will be at the discretion of Himalayan Glimpse Adventure if you are involuntarily forced to leave a trip for any reasons. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals or services not utilized. 

If Himalayan Glimpse Adventure cancels a departure which is guaranteed to run, we will refund the trip price you paid, but you are entitled to take an alternative trip of the same value. A provision to this Himalayan Glimpse Adventure reserves the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, prior to departure due to reasons beyond its' control (i.e.: natural disasters, flight cancellation, political strikes, road blockage, sickness, weather conditions, or any other  unpredictable situations).

Clients have to bear any extra expenses themselves which are incurred by the situation beyond our control while on the trip like, extra cost for hotel due to flight cancellation because of bad weather or any other similar incidents which is out of control of Himalayan Glimpse Adventure 

Special requests and any medical issues or conditions must be brought to our attention at the time of booking. We cannot be held liable for any actions or events that could have been avoided with proper disclosure of information.

We accept all currencies for payment. In addition, we also accept U.S. or credit and debit cards. However; client has to bear all applicable service charges levied by bank while making payment.  

Medical vaccinations and any other preliminary arrangement are entirely your responsibility and we accept no responsibility in the event that these are not completed in time for departure

Travelers confirming the trip with Himalayan Glimpse Adventure should purchase comprehensive travel insurance package that covers medical, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, luggage stolen etc. This is strongly suggested to all our valued clients.
