It gives you a new perspective on life, having gotten so close to nature’s bounties and makes you ever remembering.
The trip begins with a 8 hour drive from Kathmandu to Jiri (1785m) and then ends in 16 days. The trek offers superb and breathtaking view of majestic Himalayan peaks including Everest range, Numburchuli, Gaurishankar, Jugal and Langtang Himal range combined with the vibrant Sherpa culture and tradition. One can opt for either eco-lodge camping or the unique home-stay experience with Sherpa communities. Many ancient Buddhist monasteries lie along the trekking route to Numbur offering spiritual delights. It’s a trek worth exploring the beautiful mountain landscape; the spectacular views of the Himalayan peaks with the inspiring sight of rhododendron forest in Ramechhap district located 190 km east of Kathmandu. You will walk through a diverse topography along a circuit that connects two lovely valleys - Khimti and Likhu valleys in the Rolwaling region. The views are especially awesome from the Panchpokhari (4605 m) and Gyajyo La (4880 m) passes and covers a vast area extending north into Tibet and south to Pikey Peak.
